Funny thing is that if I did, some ppl would rag about how either I'm a heartless bitch or it was photoshopped. WTF more can u want??  And it took place in Trinidad and Tobago on easter Sunday. As to how I know he died, well guess what an accident like this made the news that night (go figure) so it was all in the report. Anyways, for all who care, I did take the pics, either way its all just good gore ppl sheesh!!  |

They don't report time of death on the news. It's a patient confidentiality thing. Even if he died en-route, the service that took him to the hospital may not have had the authority to call it. (Go figure)
