In photo 1&2 it's the list of the crimes that he's been "found guilty" of, his name was Maher bin Mohammad Qashou. The one in photo 3 reads that the the judgment was handed down by the "commander of the faithful" (the name used by IS for its leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi) and that the man had been "taking money from Muslims and embezzling Islamic State funds" He was an IS Senior Member (Jalaybeeb Abu Muntather) who got caught stealing money. |
