Overdose? Looks like foam is buried in the vic’s nostrils. This is exceptionally common during drug overdoses, this particular texture of foam that almost seems to resemble cotton swabs. They are common in strangulation and drowning deaths too, except that in THOSE cases, the froth/foam tends to ooze from the mouth. |
