Looks like an overweight woman where her scalp is cut open and they’ve pulled her face down to expose the skull, ready for that stage of her autopsy

Fucking shattered her back. They make a special saw to cut out the spinal chord to show where it is damaged but no need in this case. Seems like a lot of trouble for a jumper, maybe they wanted to check on her being killed first and tossed. Sorry I see where I already commented. No expert but I think she was alive when she hit the ground. She has many ruptured area's especially upper back and neck with hemorrhaging. She has damage to the socket on the foot with some hemorrhaging. They flitted the back of both legs for a barbecue looks like. What a mess |

They don’t know that until after the autopsy. It’s not like it’s unheard of for druggies, intellects bolstered by whatever they’re high on, to decide that throwing the body off a tall place is the way to hide a murder. This is the messy way you begin the process of telling them nuh-uh-uhh.
