I don't think she's alive. She's at the morgue. It looks like they're trying to suction blood out of her mouth, and cleaning her up for an autopsy. It looks to me like the rope/gag points to her being murdered not attacked by a dog. There's too much blood on the table for her to be alive.
Yep, you are correct - that is a morgue table, and definitely not a breathing tube - the angle and design are wrong - and to make it blatently obvious, that type of rope and knoting would most definitely not be used in a hospital
