the tube is helping the person breath and it will prevent any obstructions the rope is there to secure the breathing tube :) i watch casualty  |

I don't think she's alive. She's at the morgue. It looks like they're trying to suction blood out of her mouth, and cleaning her up for an autopsy. It looks to me like the rope/gag points to her being murdered not attacked by a dog. There's too much blood on the table for her to be alive.  |
