They take medication that helps them develop a more female shape and then they get enhancements, augumentatjons, etc. I was friends, yeas ago, with a trans woman. She was taking whatever meds she was, her breasts were developing, hips rounding out, don't remember her butt, but she had a more feminine figure. |
