Another Domestic Stabbing
Alas, very sparse details on this one. Another from my best reporter in the weeds down south, Etsu. Most of what she gets me simply cannot be obtained elsewhere, but the data is sometimes a little lacking. In this case, I was able to confirm independently that the victim is a 26 year old woman who was stabbed in the head and chest, with accompanying serious hand injuries from defensive gesturing. Hell of a glass-eyed death stare on this chica. The assailant was her 40 year old boyfriend. When the police arrived, he was bleeding to death from a self-inflicted throat laceration with the same knife he used on her. He was arrested and taken to the hospital where he was listed in guarded but stable condition. He will stand trial for the murder when he is fit to do so.  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |

I dated a Maori girl back in the late 90's. Probably saw that movie fifty times, she loved it so much. The egg scene was etched in my brain.
