Yes. The vast majority, if not all, of these incidents are happening in the West, Central, Southeastern and Southern parts of Africa - all sub-Saharan areas.

Local villagers noticed this man walking around suspicious with a small sack that was dripping blood. When he was questioned he told the people that it was from bushmeat that he was off to cook. The villagers took hold of the man, tied him up and looked inside of the sack. They found that the contents consisted of the "freshly" decapitated head of a woman, her severed hands and her heart that had been cut from her body. The man confessed and told officials that he had killed the woman to take the parts to a Herbalist who would pay him for them. No word on what happened to the man, although he did name the Herbalist, "Baba Ronke" - a rare thing for ritualists/cultists to do and he also stated that this was the second time he had killed for the Herbalist. UPDATE RE LAST SET OF IMAGES: The man who was caught last week with the woman's head in a sack (posted above) brought authorities to the location where he killed and dismembered the woman. There they found her severed legs, her torso minus her breasts and skin on the chest or stomach, and her arms. Some reports stated that they found her tongue there as well... Body parts and organs that had been removed had all been bagged and hidden by the killer. It's possible that he planned to return later to bring back more parts for the Herbalist since they also like to have the breasts and vulva of female victims. I suppose that the guy that killed her needed to remove her clothing in order to carve out certain parts.
