Body of a Young Woman Recovered From Water in Kandal Province, Cambodia, 2018
Phnom Penh, Cambodia - 7th April 2018. The putrid remains of a 20 year old girl named Doph Phalla were found in a body of water in a Kandal province village. The death was deemed suspicious, and murder likely.  ·  ·  ·  · |

Icky bloated corpses. Eyes bulging, tongue portruding, the whole nine yards. For some reason, I love looking at those. Almost everyone will eventually look like this. Lifeless, motionless, green/purple skin, etc. |

I'm the complete opposite, bloated corpses + autopsies are the ones that I can only look at from the corner of my eyes - turns my stomach!

Bloaters are the most interesting gore for me. There's just something eerie, poetically disturbing about bodies that become bloated. Their bodies, which were mostly taken care of vaingloriously, become deformed like these. I wonder what would these people think and say if they were able to see their bodies become these. (If they were able to after they die)
