By that so call “rationalism” truthers would be the types who believe the sun revolves around the earth. It LOOKS like it does, right?

But when you look deeper it does not jive, the moon has phases, some planets move forward and then reverse direction and go backwards. The devils in the details. The only way it all works is if the earth and the rest of the planets go around the sun. This did not sit well with the uneducated of the time who simply believed the bible.

Truthers are the same, they consult the bibles of 9/11 truth and believe. It’s simpler then having to think after all. It’s too much work to research exactly how you go about imploding a tall building and why it was impossible to do this on 9/11. It’s too hard to read a science book on the physics of large scale structures, if you did you would clearly see why the towers fell the way they did and did so in 18 seconds. Nope better to play dumb and believe.

Sure the truthers crap can sound rational when you are as ill informed and down right dumb as as these people. The simple are easy to fool, plain and simple, that is why con men seek them out.

For example David Ray Griffin said the towers could have fallen over with a great loss of life but if you do some reading on how the physical nature of massive structures behave you would know it was literally impossible for the WTC to topple over. True it’s not a simple concept to understand and most likely truthers lack even a modicum of intellectual ability to understand it, So these clowns are doomed to remain dumb shits and will buy all the bullshit about 9/11 that smarter people see as bogus.

So we have a situation where the stupid of the world are the truthers and the bright people find them funny.
