the medical episode was allegedly after the crash he allegedly had a crack pipe beside him in the truck and other drug paraphernalia inside with him. he has been charged by the homicide squad with 4 counts of culpable driving, so it would seem he was high as a kite when he killed the officers |

140km is just over 80mph, hardly speeding in the UK we do that speed regularly on the motorway, Its not the porch drivers fault, Pigs stopped him and got squashed, who gives a shit it, happens.
