30 Yo Woman Stabbed to Death in Front of Shack in a "Favela"
In the early morning of monday (24/9) police was called to a Favela, because a woman was found dead, stabbed with a knife. According to her sister, the 30 years old woman lived in the slum, because she was a drug addict. There were no info on reason (drugs would be a good guess, I think) or any suspect. the dead person above is a female. That may be a lawnmower shed to you, but that was a home to others.I only hope that her pain and struggles have ended.

A favela is the term for a shanty town in Brazil, most often within urban areas.
