The UK has a stupidly high teen pregnancy rate, I suggest you read up some figures and come back to us. I live in a town where it more than common to see girls walking out the local comp hugging their big baby bellies. Gypsies within the U.K. also do not marry until 16 as it is illegal to do so. A gypsy girl would bring huge shame upon her family to fall pregnant before marriage, most not even being allowed to spend time with their future husbands without a chaperone.
