I have 30 years of experience as an accident investigator and reconstruction expert (I really do!). After review of the evidence, it's my opinion that the accident was caused by the deceased making two fatal mistakes: 1) using pink flip flops, caused her feet to miss the pedals and lose control; and 2) driving said motorcycle with her left eye missing. She lacked clear vision, was going too fast, came close to the left edge of the road, and her pink flip flop slipped off the brake and over the fence she went! I gave my wire instructions to her family and I'm expecting the fee any hour. |
