Ukraine - Impact Onto Railing Decapitates an Old Lady
On the evening of 17th February 2019 in Kyiv (Ukraine), an elderly woman fell from the window of a building. The impact of the woman falling 7 storeys onto the railing, decapitated her. *It would be great if someone can find the first image uncensored.
