22-Year-Old Epileptic Woman Fell to Her Death in a Deep Well
Today is Throwback Thursday. So, let's go back to May 9, 2015 in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, Philippines. She fell in a deep well while harvesting water after suffering from a bout of epileptic shock. Her body was recovered after four hours. Notice the rigor mortis. |

I wonder if she was aware enough during her seizure to know she was going to drown... Maybe they should make the sides of the well a little taller so people can't just fall in. |

I notice the Absence of rigor mortis. Her arms are totally flexible as she is being grasped and lifted up out of the well. In one photo her upper arm extends straight up from the shoulder, and in the next it is at a 90 degree angle. Her hands and wrists are similarly pliant.
