Maybe, but this is South America, remember, the promised land for cheap, sometimes dodgy plastic surgery. Venezuela, Colombia, and Brazil all have large, established er... "body alteration" industries. The point being she's already had some work done; the procedures for trans women looking to appear more feminine are numerous. And the hormones can shrink your junk. I mean that thing there was never big, but an inch matters when your genes only give you three to begin with. |
