Exactly what I thought, but that photo of him alive popped up several times for it being him. I even went through a load of photos on a FB profile that I reckon is him to check for clues that it's the same person (tattoos, piercings, ear shape). Maybe dirt from being in the water is on him so it's not visible?

19 i dont consider a boy especially with the activities like that involved. If he's into drugs, then he was probably man enough to know what he was getting into.
