PHILIPPINES - On January 1, 2023, 18-year-old K.C.C. was found dead at the beach in Barangay Dahican, Mati City, Davao Oriental. She was last seen alive when she performed karaoke at her uncle's house on New Year's Eve. Based on a medical report, there is no use of force on the victim and there is no fatal wound on it, although she suffered injuries on her face, knees and sides, perhaps after being hit by huge rocks from big waves hitting the shores. It also certified that she died of cardiopulmonary arrest secondary to hypoxia, secondary to drowning. However, her father suspected that her boyfriend is said to be the suspect behind her death based on their conversation on Messenger, which is written in Cebuano, as you can see on photos F. She was buried on January 10. You can barely see her dead face on her live funeral mass video, which is 1 hour and 49 minutes long and too large to upload it, here.

Interesting case because that text makes zero sense...
She probably killed herself, there was no signs of rape
At least she died in a nice place probably
Another young hot asian goes to waste

Trying the best I can to translate since A.I. sucks at translating. I’m guessing the black text is the boyfriend.

Nag higda na gani ko kay kalintura koo: I’m laying in bed because I’m trying to calm myself down
Woman-Ako gani gi enjoy nako para mawala Ang Ka mingaw: I’m trying to have fun and enjoy to drown out the loneliness I feel.
Pag injoy oii wala na bitaw mag badlong nimo: well you go on and have fun no one is telling you not to.
I’m guessing that she broke up with him or something
Woman-Oo oii enjoy jud Samtang buhi: definitely have to enjoy while I’m still alive
Ikaw happy kasa imong gibuhat pero para sakoa dili: you’re happy with what you did but for me it’s not.
Dili mawlaa Ang sakit: The pain is still there
Ok ra oii : it’s ok
Mo adto kosa baybay Karon pwede ba adtoan ko nimo? Ok lang pag dili kamo adto maka sabot lang gihapon ko: I’m going to the beach can you meet me there? It’s ok if you don’t I’ll understand.
Woman- Cge mosugot kohhh piru ayaw panghilabot: I’ll come and see you but don’t do anything to me
Manakayan ra oo diha kay daot akong motor: I’ll find a ride my motorcycle needs work.
Woman-Moulin ko dayon Asa kah, nakasakay na ka?: okay but I’m not going to stay long. Where are you? Did you find a ride?
Oo padong nako Padulong na ko: yes I’m on my way.
Naa nako naa nako: I’m here. Im here
This text is probably not in the right order so this should probably go before as their first conversation
Wala oii matulog nako kalintura man ko: oh I was just gonna go to sleep I’m trying to relax
Woman-Ahhhhminga wnowwww: Lonely now
Ok raman sanay naman ko ug
mingaw: ok I’m used to being lonely
