Not as I recall, though bear in mind that this was over 25 years ago. They were young. High school. And all of them were pretty seriously traumatized and messed up after watching Tom's head come apart. If there were charges, I don't remember them. They'd likely have waived anything but a fine or some community service and I do think that all the remaining kids went to the psych ward for a few weeks for evaluation. My hometown was pretty small, so it was a fairly big deal at my school.

Damn it he was hot in a goth/emo type of way but it is also sad as hell b/c at that age they really don't understand life... that age is when things are pretty simple in (sex, party, experimentation, drugs, love, etc.)  but their young brains just can't register it!  |

He looks like every other annoying edgy emo teen. I hate these supposed ''suicide pact's'' too. It hardly ever turns out right, it's always the one sucker who kills himself while everyone else chicken shits out.
