hahaha, i see this a lot around here in DR, Brazil is like the rest of the world you pick bad company and bad choices bad things happens nothing special, not being Brazil's advocate or anything it happens a lot here cause there are some pretty cheap drugs that anyone can get their hands on easy like crack and its highly addictive, gangs are extremely powerful and violent cause the justice system is a huge fail, if any of you ever come to Brazil avoid Rio and you should be good pick one of the south cities like Curitiba, Porto Alegre or São Paulo
