The cops they probably aren’t much better. I feel like most residents are relieved when they’re playing roudy with each other instead of jacking THEM up!

Well, they certainly could have been corrupt cops and probably were. Licensed terrorist, torturers, intimidators, enforcer, bribes, bullies, murderers.
Oh, I thought we were talking about U.S. law enforcement. My mistake.
If you think U.S. cops are bad when it comes to corruption you have no idea how low standards are elsewhere. Police corruption is on a whole other level in Latin America.
