I have spent around 2 hours today researching this incident. I have scoured a TON of news websites, I've been on the FaceBook profiles of the children I found alive photos of. The children were aged between 12-15 years, which they look.

A possible survivable crash with seat belts fastened. But if they were irresponsible enough to pile in the car with a 12 year old driver, one can't expect them to have enough common sense to buckle a seat belt. A tragic outcome for all involved including the families. Young and dumb, reckless and irresponsible.
