The picture of the eye is showing extreme blood preasure build up, typical of strangulations of the Jugulars.
The white mark on the heel and the several pictures of a "typical neck length" show the intention of suicide. Because all he had to do was stand up.

it happens alot, sadly.. i can recount at least 4 under 13 kids i know of personally (either relative or friends child) who have gone out in suicide.
