Yeah, seems pretty odd. However, if you think about it, all they had to to was to tie their victims up, which they probably did holding them at gunpoint. |

In my opinion the light bulb is a sort of pun, meaning that the women were "lit" which can be a term to describe someone under the influence of stimulants, namely methamphetamine.
