They truly believe that everything happens for a reason, and god is behind all those reasons, so I fail to see a negative here. God has spoken to them. Those who died have gone to a better place, those who survived are lucky he saved them...... he still has a use for them......according to their beliefs..... |

Re: 107 Dead As Crane Collapses in the Grand Mosque, Mecca
THAT was fucking amazing. Never have seen anything like that. WOW. I mean I have watched docus on building/sky walk breaking and killing people, some have had video of the collapse, but most never show...such detail. That blood burst out of the victims...I am just amazed. What a capture. And not amazed in a happy way. This is too tragic and most likely avoidable. |

Re: 107 Dead As Crane Collapses in the Grand Mosque, Mecca
Even though this is brutal...I really don't feel any sad emotion for it. There are other videos that I feel deep sadness...but this one...I think it was amazing that they had such footage of it before, during, after....that's it. Ignorant to say this is their 9/11, payback type of shit. But...it's not. It's not like this place had planes crashing into it and having thousands suffer and die. No way. I'll probably forget about this incident within the hour. But...the terrorist bombings, mass shootings, and plane crashes the USA and Kenya has experienced, ALL because of fucking extremist religion fuckers...those incidents will forever and always stay with me because they were so close to my life. Religion. I fucking hate religion. Since the beginning of the human race, all it has brought is murder, greed, and heartache. What would our world be like if we never had religion play such an important role in our lives. |

Re: 107 Dead As Crane Collapses in the Grand Mosque, Mecca
Unlikely. Without Religion, human beings would be left without hope. I do not believe the world would be more peaceful without religion. While religion is the cause of some wars, I do think that if religion were to not exist, it would be replaced by another catalyst to which people will start wars with. I think that the idea of a world without war is not realistic. Fundamentalism, terrorism, that's what needs to be should be fought by all means necessary. |

Re: 107 Dead As Crane Collapses in the Grand Mosque, Mecca
its a war daily. i daily have to fight to get a parking space, or to get a space to hang clothes to dry under the sun... until there are people who are not content with what they have and what they can have without fighting..... then war will continue everywhere. others wanting to take and others preventing to lose what they have.

Re: 107 Dead As Crane Collapses in the Grand Mosque, Mecca
They had cctv to cover everything in that mecca. as for the murder, greed, and heartache, if we base it on bibles, the first murder due to greed that caused heartache was before any religion was ever made. cain and abel story. its not really about religion. religion is nothing until people try living it up. its all in the people's nature. they just use religion to justify their greed and lust. |
