1 Dead in Crash
May 31st, 2018 Jalan Medan - Banda Aceh, Indonesia Around 330pm local time, a Toyota Rush B 1782 CVI, driven by a male, Srianto (42) tried to pass an Avanza car and went too wide, hitting a Tronton truck BL 8985 driven by Anwar (45) and Patar (25). Also, behind the car driven by Srianto was a Motorcycle Vario 150 CC BK 2329 PAV, driven by Akbar Harahap (26) and his wife Astika(22), who struck the back of the Toyota. Reports say the Toyota driver Srianto, died, which looks obvious. Serious injuries appear to be to the couple on the motorcycle(their status unknown)while the truck drivers had minor injuries. Seat belt not in use, air bag never deployed, computer engineered crumple zone is a pass, it crumpled as designed.
