Re: Video of Living Thylacine/Tasmanian Tiger

If it is a dog, I'm wondering what kind of breed it would be...any ideas? The animal in that video looks a lot like a thylacine, the way it slinks when it runs and its tail are almost identical.

Re: Video of Living Thylacine/Tasmanian Tiger

it would be interesting to see the original footage (and not the shitty low quality internet version) be polished up for analysis with the technology we have now a days to tidy up videos

So says DRs resident expert on thylacines.
It's a dog. The tasmanian tiger has been extinct for about 80 years, the last one died in a zoo.

the coelacanth (http://www.documentingreality.com/fo...lacanth-11912/) was believed to have been extinct since 65 millions years ago, but has been seen and video taped since the discovery of a living specimen in the 1930s

there are other species of animals that have been discovered again since having been beieved extinct

they also want to clone the tasmanian tiger in order to re-introduce it to the wild
