Sickening. Whilst death is far too kind a reward for these monsters, I think it's only way to ever stop them doing it again. Just a bullet in the head of each member of the family who let this happen, drop them in an unmarked grave, and be done with it. You don't fix people like that. You don't rehabilitate them. You don't give them a second chance. You just remove their genes from human society so they can't pass them along. Ever.
