Majority of these videos folks are so callous! Is it just that Americans are more caring ppl? Or is it that these other places are desensitized to this shit? I can’t see not kneeling down next to a person, taking their hand, and at least talking to them a bit. Calm ‘em down. Let them know they’re not alone.
