Some countries use dead bodies to shoot for ballistic testing which would explain the amount of wounds, also the writing on his arm looks like a reference code but who knows. Still, put a 40 watt bulb inside him and u got a hell of a lamp.

Regardless of what else may have happened to him, the holes are from bullets. The examiner removes one from his forearm on camera, and others are visibly lodged in him in a few spots if you look for them. I imagine he'd been lying around for a bit before he was brought in. There are early stages of decay already causing the wounds to gape and discolor.

he was probably tortured, although it could have been bullet wounds or screw drivers, maybe knives, who knows.....it looked like he was cut up while he was still alive..thats a bad way to go.
