That horse probably ended up with some serious behavioral issues from the trauma of that. Hope they were able to rehabilitate him  And very happy that after over a decade of riding I haven't even broken a bone  |

I was riding a horse along a canal tow path when a dog ran up and spooked it. It threw me off and I hit my head on the side of the canal which knocked me unconscious and then I fell into the water. If my friend hadn't dragged me out I would have drowned. I can't stand animals that are bigger than me now. You've no real control over something so large and they are so unpredicatable. |

my dad years ago got kicked in the head by a horse and had a metal plate put in his head he had learning difficulties after and had to learn to read and write all over again even now he will write using only capital letters as lower case letters still confuse him
