No i have an electric fence and 220 volts wouldnt zap you at all. Most fences are more like 10,000 volts, because it takes alot of push to get electricity to jump through miles of wire, a persons skin or animals fur, through the body, over rubber soled shoes, and finally through dry soil that doesnt conduct much electricity. The catch is that the fence energizer only pulses every one or two seconds, so it gives you enough time to get the hell outta dodge. Also the duration of the pulse is only a few millions of a second so this post is total bullshit. electric fences are 100 percent non-lethal, the only damage is psychological and in some rare cases an animal gets stuck in the fence and dies of stress.
