Young Woman Has Her Hair Cut Off by a Trafficker
A 19-year-old man was arrested Tuesday morning as one of the suspects of taking part in a videotape over the weekend where a young woman appears to have her hair cut off and beaten. The crime happened from Saturday night (19) to dawn on Sunday (20). The accused has already been identified and is being sought. |
