She did sue, but she hasn't won yet. The Prosecutors already dropped all of the bullshit 'charges' (Obstruction, Resisting, Assault on an Officer, etc) that these undisciplined storm troopers were threatening her with in the video. The DUI charge is still pending toxicology, but she's gonna make enough off of the lawsuit to more than make up for that if she eats that charge.
