New Orleans police are hunting for a wicked woman who allegedly stabs passersby as they stroll down the street.

Surveillance video caught the unidentified woman apparently stabbing two men on Decatur St. in the French Quarter on Sunday.

In each case, she waited until the man passed her, whipped around and slashed him in the back.

Then, she kept walking, turning to see if her victim noticed the poke, video showed.

The two men — ages 28 and 62 — suffered minor cuts.

Both victims said the woman mumbled incoherently as she passed. She fled the scene.

Police described the suspect as a white female in her 30s, with a thin body and brunette hair.
Decatur is a popular street in New Orleans.

Café du Monde and historic Jackson Square both sit on the bustling French Quarter riverside road.

The New Orleans Police Department have identified the woman who walked down Decatur Street and randomly stabbed two men who walked passed her.

She has been identified as 47-year-old Jeannene Meyer, but may be using the names Jeanne or Jeanie.

Police say Meyer appeared to be mumbling to herself as she walked down the street and stabbed a 28-year-old man and a 62-year-old man. They sustained minor lacerations.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Meyer for two counts of aggravated battery.
