Brazil, A woman "Ordered" the death of her ex husband, who complained of child neglect. She (22) was arrested yesterday for ordering the crime against her ex husnabd, 36, who was shot with 5 bullets and beaten late on Wednesday (11). The victim was rushed to the hospital in serious condition.

On Tuesday (10), they both had a discussion after the victim claimed that the woman did not took good care of the child that the two have together. In the heat of discussion he ended up giving her a kick in the belly, where she just had undergone surgery.

After the incident, the woman, who's girlfriend, 37, who is doing time inside a Maximum Security Prison for drug trafficking and illegal possession of a gun, told a man what happened and he said "I'll send a person to take care of him".

After that, yesterday around 23:30, two men on a red motorcycle approached the victim and fired 5 shots at him. However during the crime, the .22 caliber firearm, failed so the hitman started kicking and pistol butting the head of the victim.

According to the delegate she had "instigated the crime." At the police station, the girl tried to lie at first saying she knew nothing, but then she confessed all what happened.

She will account for a first-degree murder trial and the hitman will be charged with attempted murder. The two men who committed the crime are at large.

Police are treating the crime as attempted aggravated murder.
