See why cops generally don't bother with tazers much? She was barely restrained by it. Fell over, then straight away started rolling around and trying to remove the barbs.

Tazers aren't 100% effective, but then again, neither is pepper spray. The officers/deputies in our jurisdiction have used tazers to great effect on many occasions. Heavy/layered clothes can inhibit their effectiveness. But most of the time subjects drop like a felled-tree when those barbs hit them.   |
