Victims Relative Stun Gunned by Toledo Police
Toledo, Ohio - Police used a stun gun to subdue the relative of a man found dead in a house in east Toledo, while police were investigating the crime scene the dead mans cousin crossed the tape to the crime scene to get a closer look which prompted the police to tackle the man and eventually use the stun gun on him.
