Cop has a gun but allows himself to be pulled to the ground in a wrestling match, then lets go of the gun, THEN stands up and uses it to POINT at one of the kids.

If he didn't intend to shoot anyone, he should not have pulled the gun in the first place. "He challenged me." WTF does that even mean?
