A teenager stabbed a woman with two knives, and also cut a child. What is happening in the courtyard of the house was recorded by a surveillance camera.

wonder what became of this 14 year old kid as couldn't find updates as this happened earlier this year. I knew a few with Asperger but with some proper meds they can handle life/society for a good 80 pct or so.
