Two Fraser teens were arraigned after police said they stole a riding lawn mower, drove it to a store where they bought a can of aerosol spray to huff, then drove the mower into a police car in a nearby subdivision.
Cameron Marchiori, 17, and Nicholas Evanoff, 18, each were charged with receiving and concealing stolen property and possession of alcohol in the incident about 3:30 a.m.
Marchiori, the driver, also was charged with malicious destruction of property.
Evanoff was charged with resisting and obstructing police after he twice ran from Fraser public safety officers investigating the incident, Lt. Dan Kolke said.
Both were arraigned in 39B District Court in Fraser. Marchiori was ordered held on 10% of a $10,000 bond.
Evanoff was ordered held on 10% of a $5,000 bond, Kolke said.
