Brazil, April 30, Two armed criminals robbed the Post Office and Telegraph in São Francisco. Two elements arrived on a Honda motorcycle and entered the Post Office with the intension of robbing it.
According to CCTV, the guard noticed the bandits carrying a gun and reacted by shooting several shots but missed target abd the bandits returned fire.
Then the guard was out of ammunition and the bandits assaulted the guard. He was hit by a rifle butt on the head while one of the bandits took his bullet proof vest.
The criminals stole the money from the Post office and fled the scene. They also threatened the guard to kill him and told him to thank God for sparing his life. No one was hit by gunfire.
A customer was injured after being hit by flying glass from the door and was taken to the local hospital. The guard was injured only from the blow with the rifle butt and was also taken to the hospital.
The PM has not reported the amount of money that was taken by the criminals.
