Traffic Cop Hangs on the Side of a Getaway Car Before It Crashes with Other Car
A traffic cop in Brazil is hanging to the side of a car, where the driver, trying to shake him off, crashes into a parked car. The policeman was seriously injured and lying on the floor. The driver refused to get a ticket and sped off with the cop hanging on the side of the car.
