Video shows a fire truck driving by and then shows the naked man running while being followed by an assailant armed with two stick-like weapons.

Police arrested a suspect shortly after the incident.

Ferhat Aydemir, 26, of Toronto, is charged with two counts of assault with a weapon and one count each of aggravated assault and assault causing bodily harm.

The force's update states that the two men, who were known to each other, became involved in an altercation in which one was stabbed, then pursued by the other with two wooden objects when he ran for help.
