Re: Taco Bell Drive Thru Idiot Gets a Nightstick Beating from Cop
its an officers job to asses a situation and make a decision on whether or not to use force. even in instances like these an officer has to follow specific guidelines as to what type of force to use...lethal or non lethel. an officer is only instructed to use force when necessary and by the use of his assessment which he is instructed on how to utilize in the academy and by experience. there are those that investigate these types of situations in IA.

Taco Bell parking lot=private property, not a public way. FAIL. Second, a police officer is allowed to block a public way at any time to ensure his safety, the safety of other officers or emergency crews, or the safety of the general public. FAIL again. |
