I've witnessed this type of behavior years ago when I'd go to eat lunch with my daughter in elementary school. Kids were out of control. The teachers/aids were walking around with whistles while kids were throwing chairs. I can't imagine what it must be like now ... oh wait, now they bring in their parents AK 47s and kill a few classmates for the notoriety.
