Street Shooting Caught on Cctv

On December 29, 2013, at 11:46 am, the complainants, two males aged 20 and 21 years-of-age, were standing in front of Bacalao Food Market located at 4287 Frankford Avenue in Frankford When the suspect, who was walking west on Church Street then south on Frankford Avenue approached the complainants demanding their property. The suspect then pulled a handgun as complainant #1 pulled out his cell phone firing one shot striking him in his right hip and exiting his right buttocks and fled on foot and was last seen east on Church Street. The complainant was transported to Temple Hospital where he was listed in good condition.

Suspect Description: Black male, 5'11", early to mid 30 years-of-age, stocky build, wearing a blue puffy suede jacket with a white thermal underneath, blue jeans, blue hat, tan boots and armed with a long barrel handgun.

that revolver made me laugh its not a very powerful revolver though it barely had any recoil and the person shot looked like the hit didn’t affect him that much it must be a long barreled target revolver in small caliber cause if it was a 44 magnum or even 357 mag it would have recoiled really hard and that victim would not run right away like that if his hip was shot still wouldn’t want to be shot with anything though

I watched this video several times. Those punks were not just standing there licking ice cream. I suspect the were drug dealers and/or gang members. Probably said something stupid to the wrong joe. You see him walking by minding his own, when he suddenly stopped as if they said something to him...and he replied with a bullet...just a thought.
