Yeah that is pretty poor driven on behalf of the van that caused the accident. The van turned infront of the truck being chased. You'd think he would have saw the cops lights or something. He should be charged with reckless driving causing death. Regardless of whether or not the guy was being chased by cops, next time the van driver could pull in front of a family car filled with children or something.
